Ingredients
Step 1:
1 egg whites
1 Tablespoon water
Step 2:
1 cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon (or more if you like)
Directions
Step 1:
Beat the above together until frothy. Add to mixture 1 pound of pecan halves. When pecans are coated with egg white mixture, add the pecans to the following mixture:

Spread onto greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 1-1/2 hours- stirring every 15 minutes. When cool store in dry place.
