1 ½ lb. hamburger, fried with onions to your taste. Add salt.
1 qt. cubed potatoes
1 pt. carrots
1 pt. peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Add salt to each vegetable, cooking each vegetable till soft. Put some cut up celery in. Layer in a casserole and add cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup. Add enough milk to make it thin. Bake at 350-degrees until heated all through then put Velveeta cheese on top. One meal dish with applesauce and fruit. It’s good.
