Ingredients
1- 19.8oz. family size chocolate fudge brownie mix
½ cup oil
¼ cup water
2 eggs
1- 8oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1- 14oz. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
½ cup peanut butter
1- 8oz. Heath toffee bits
1 cup chocolate chips
3 T. whipping cream or milk
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9 baking dish.
In a medium bowl stir brownie mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Spread batter in baking dish. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Beat until smooth.Stir in 1 cup of toffee bits. Spoon mixture over batter, spread evenly.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until cheesecake layer is set and edges are lighted golden. Remove from oven and let cool about 30 minutes, and then chill in refrigerator for 30 additional minutes.
In a small microwave bowl, melt chocolate chips and cream uncovered 40-60 seconds or until smooth. Spread over cheesecake layer. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Cut in small squares and store covered in refrigerator.
