Ingredients
Brownies:
½ cup butter
4 eggs
1-1/4 Hershey’s syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Mint Layer:
½ butter (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoon milk or half & half
1-1/2 teaspoon Bickford peppermint extract
several drops of green food coloring
Chocolate Topping:
½ cup butter
1 lb. chocolate chips
Directions
Brownies:
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill in refrigerator completely.
Mint Layer:
Mix well and spread evenly over cake and refrigerate until firm.
Chocolate Topping:
Melt together and spread evenly over the top of green layer.
