Cake & Fuit Topping
1 Angel Food Cake -- cut into small bite size pieces and set aside.
1 1/2 cup peach glaze/filling
4 cups sliced fresh peaches (approximately 6 peaches)
Cream filling:
8oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar and Cream together
Fold in 8oz. Cool Whip
Directions
In a glass trifle dish, place 1/2 of the cake pieces.
Gently spread 1/2 cream filling over cake.
Then 1/2 of the fruit filling over the cream filling.
Repeat Layers.
Garnish with fresh mint.
*Recipe tip for Heavenly Peach Dessert: If the Cream Filling is thicker than you may prefer just add a peach 6oz. Yoplait yogurt to the cream mixture.
